the memorable trip...

Traveling can make you totally take a rest and release yourself. I gonna travel to some places after this semester.

I think the memorable trip I can remember is the first time I go abroad.
It's Australia. I lived in a small town near Sydney where is a so so beautiful and worth place to go.

I was an exchange student there. There were many people from my school going with me. We all lived in the host families.
The family which i lived was two young guys, one man and one women who were just 21 and 20 years old.

We went to school where seems like IIEP from morning to noon. After class, our "parents" picked us up. They would make a plan for the rest time of a day, such as going to sea, visiting the town and so on.

It's so hard to get the allowance from my father. Because he thinks that it's too far from our country, if i am in dangerous, no one can help me.

I really had a pleasant time there. These delighted memories always fly through my brain now.

Chinese-food recipe

Chinese Recipe : Kung Pao Chicken

1 can (8 oz.) bamboo shoots, sliced and drained
2 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup roasted peanuts

Sauce:
3 tbsps. Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsps. hoisin sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsps. chili garlic sauce
2 tsps. sugar

Directions:
Cut chicken into 1−inch pieces. Marinade chicken with oyster sauce in a bowl and let stand for 10 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add 2 tablespoons oil, swirling to coat sides. Add chilies and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 10 seconds.
Add chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove chicken and chilies from wok.
Add remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil to wok, swirling to coat sides. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add celery, bell pepper, and bamboo shoots; stir fry for 1 1/2 minutes.
Return chicken and chilies to wok; stir fry for 1 minute. Add sauce and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch solution and cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Add peanuts and stir to coat.

I copy this from chinese food website, because I do not know how to cook it. But I really love it.
I order this everytime when I go to an restaurant. I have tried to do this before, but i failed. I can not control heat and time to add ingredients and sauce. If you try this just one time, you are gonna love it.

My family

I'm the only child in my family, owing to policy in china, which says each family should just have one child. My father is a businessman. When i was a child, i just remembered that he was too busy to have time to take care of me. He wanted to make lots of money and improved our living standard. He has done what he said before. Now, he is also busy to make money. He always tell me some ehtics. When i did something wrong, he would not beat me. Instead of this, he would tell me a story which infered how I could correct the mistake I did. My mother is a nurse. The most impressive thing I remembered is every time I got a sick, she would give me an injection by herself. Three years ago, I got a message said that my father was divorced from my mother. I was so shocked at that time, but after that period of time, I thought it maybe was a great solution to solve the problems between.
